Agreement and provider
By accessing or using Pupwell, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Pupwell is provided by Mindvia Digital. Final contracting-entity details, eligibility, governing law, dispute provisions, and registered address remain legal inputs.
The Pupwell service
Pupwell provides dog-training education, routine planning, care tracking, reminders, private Moments, Family sharing, and related tools. Features may change, and availability can differ by platform, region, subscription, or device. Android purchases are not currently available.

Pupwell provides general educational and organizational information only. It does not replace advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a veterinarian, qualified trainer, certified behavior professional, or emergency provider. Seek appropriate help for medical concerns, emergencies, aggression, severe anxiety, or safety risks.
Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for accurate information, safeguarding credentials, and activity under your account. You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful or harmful material, infringe rights, or use Pupwell in a way that harms people or animals.
Your content and Family sharing
You retain ownership of photos, captions, dog information, and other content you submit. You grant Pupwell a limited license to host, process, display, and share that content only as needed to provide and operate the service. Content shared with an invited Family may be visible to members according to their role. The Family owner controls invitations and billing; shared access can end when the owner’s Family entitlement expires.
Subscriptions, renewal, and storefront terms
Some features require a paid iOS subscription. Apple processes purchases through your Apple Account. Localized prices, billing periods, introductory-offer eligibility, renewal terms, and applicable taxes are shown by the App Store before purchase; website copy is not a canonical price quote.
Subscriptions renew automatically according to the store terms displayed at purchase unless cancelled through your Apple Account. Cancellation stops a future renewal and access ordinarily continues until the paid entitlement expires. Restoring a purchase does not create a new charge. Refund eligibility and outcomes are decided by Apple.
Subscription cancellation and account deletion are separate: cancelling does not delete your account or data, and deleting an account does not automatically cancel a subscription. See Subscription Support.
App Store license
These are Pupwell service terms. They do not by themselves replace Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. Unless App Store Connect is deliberately configured with an approved custom EULA, the Apple Standard EULA remains the App Store application license.
Pupwell intellectual property
Pupwell software, design, text, lessons, graphics, and branding are owned by or licensed to Mindvia Digital and protected by applicable law. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service in accordance with these terms.
Availability and termination
We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may maintain, update, restrict, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary. You may stop using Pupwell at any time. We may restrict access for material violations, legal requirements, or protection of the service and its users.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Pupwell is provided “as is” and “as available.” Final warranty disclaimers and liability limitations must be approved by legal counsel and tailored to the regions where Pupwell is offered.
