Delete your Pupwell account
Start a verified deletion request from the email connected to your account. Pupwell will not report deletion as complete until the request is verified and the cloud-data operation is confirmed.
Current release dependency
A secure self-service Supabase deletion endpoint is still an app/backend launch blocker. Until it is deployed, this page starts a verified support workflow; it does not instantly delete an account.
Send the request from your account email
Email support@pupwell.app with the subject “Account deletion request.” If you cannot access that inbox, explain that in the message so we can provide an alternative verification step.
Complete identity verification
We will use a secure verification step before acting. Never send your Pupwell, Apple, or Google password, a full purchase receipt, or full payment details by email.
Receive scope and completion confirmation
We will explain the applicable deletion scope and confirm when processing is complete. A final completion timeframe and legally required retention schedule have not yet been approved, so no invented deadline is promised here.
What the request covers
- Supabase authentication identity and profile.
- Owned dog records and eligible cloud dog-avatar objects.
- Owned Moments rows and eligible private media objects.
- Family ownership or membership records, with handling for other members.
- Other cloud records tied to your account unless retention is required for security, legal, fraud-prevention, or accounting purposes.
Exact cleanup depends on verification of the deployed database, storage objects, backups, logs, Family relationships, and RevenueCat identity handling.
Data stored only on your device
Learning progress, walks and route coordinates, tracking and care entries, reminders, some health notes, and other local records may not be in Pupwell’s cloud. The website cannot erase them remotely. Clear Pupwell’s app data or uninstall the app after confirmed deletion, and remove any scheduled notifications if they remain.
Subscriptions are separate
Deleting your Pupwell account does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription. Cancelling a subscription does not delete your account or data. Manage iOS billing in Apple Subscriptions. Android billing is not currently available.
